Dear CoinEx users,
ZEN (Horizen) is scheduled to undergo a network upgrade at block height of 1,328,320. To ensure our user’s assets security, CoinEx will close the deposit & withdrawal of ZEN and make the following arrangements.
1. Changes of deposit and withdrawal services
(1) Suspension of ZEN deposit and withdrawal services: 11:00 on Apr 7, 2023 (UTC)
(2) Resumption of ZEN deposit and withdrawal services: Deposit & withdrawal services will be reopened after the upgraded network is stable, but we will NOT notify separately.
2. Notes
(1) Trading and inter-user transfer of ZEN on CoinEx will not be affected during this period.
(2) We will update users once the upgrade has been completed.
