4. Cancellation of the Spot Maker Fee Rebate mechanism
· Before the adjustment, the top 20 market makers in terms of trading volume in the previous month can enjoy a Spot Maker fee rebate.
· After the adjustment, the Spot Maker Fee Rebate mechanism will be invalid, and Lv4 and Lv5 market makers can enjoy Maker negative rate transactions in normal Spot markets. When the fee rate is negative, the transaction will be settled at 0 fee rate, and the cashback will be credited to the spot account of the trading account on the next day, settled in USDT.
