Dear CoinEx users:
The recent hacking incident on Sep 12 has compromised XDAG assets of CoinEx users. The amount stolen was a substantial portion of the total XDAG in circulation, and the liquidity is low. Despite repeated discussions, CoinEx and the XDAG project couldn't reach a consensus on replenishing the stolen assets to allow user withdrawals. We recognize this prolonged uncertainty has caused anxiety for XDAG holders on our platform. Though deeply regretful, we must act decisively in the best interest of our traders, and have decided to make the following arrangements regarding the XDAG project:
Trading Services
Trading pairs XDAG/USDT and XDAG/BTC were delisted at 8:00 Nov 6, 2023 (UTC). All open orders were canceled, and all liquidity was removed.
Deposit and Withdrawal Services
Deposits and withdrawals of XDAG are no longer supported to prevent further losses. Please do not make further deposits to avoid unnecessary asset losses.
Assets in Account
For XDAG holders, CoinEx will reimburse users the equivalent value in USDT, based on the hourly average price of 0.005724, from 14:00 Sep 12 to 8:00 Nov 6, 2023 (UTC).
CoinEx sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience. Please contact customer support with any questions.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this difficult situation.
