Recently, CoinEx support has noticed that during some of USDT withdrawals, the site indicated that the assets are deducted and successfully withdrawn in Withdrawal History; However, its status read "Invalid; Sender has insufficient balance" when users tracked its transaction ID in Blockchain explorers.
The feedbacks have been immediately forwarded to the R&D team. Once the reason for unsuccessful withdrawal has been located, the deducted USDT assets will be returned to its withdrawal account within 3 working days. If you wish to withdraw again, please re-submit a withdrawal request and follow the withdrawal instruction.
