Adjustments
1. Qualification: Only users that lock CET on Mining (https://www.coinex.com/mining) are qualified for “Lock-CET” rewards.
2. Attention: Locked CET by users, in OTC, by institutions & projects are NO LONGER qualified for the “Lock-CET” rewards.
