About referral commission
For users who refer friends to register and trade on CoinEx by the referral code/ link, they will receive a certain ratio of friends’ transaction fee as their referral commission. 1. What’s new in this update?
First of all, the referral commission ratio varies according to CET Holdings. In the past, it kept as 20% but currently ranges from 20% to 40%, which can be considered as a benefit to the CET holders.
Secondly, compared with a long-term effective duration of the referral commission before, now it turns to 12 months. As default, the commission will be halved after 6 months and not available after 12 months. The CoinEx Ambassadors are excluded from this rule, that’s to say, they can enjoy a permanent referral commission.
p.s. Regarding the successful referral before 16:00 December 15, 2019 (UTC), the effective duration of the referral commission will be calculated from 16:00 December 15，2019 (UTC).
2. What’s the relationship between CET Holding and the referral commission ratio?
The referral commission ratio is updated in real time based on CET Holdings. To be specific, 0≤CET Holdings<10,000, the ratio is 20%;10,000≤CET Holdings<50,000, the ratio is 30%;CET Holdings≥50,000, the ratio is 40%.
3. After stepping down, can the CoinEx Ambassador still enjoy a permanent referral commission?
NO. The CoinEx Ambassador will no longer enjoy a permanent referral commission once they step down. Instead, the effective duration of their referral commission will be recalculated in accordance with the invitees’ registration time. The commission will be halved after 6 months and not available after 12 months.
p.s. Regarding the successful referral before 16:00 December 15, 2019 (UTC), the effective duration of the referral commission will be calculated from 16:00 December 15， 2019 (UTC).
4. Will the transaction fee of the invitee’s sub-account be refunded?
YES. For example, user A invited user B, and user B generated a sub-account C. The transaction fee of C will be refunded to user A.
5. Will the invitees enjoy more benefits?
YES. After their successful registration, they can enjoy one-month (30 days) VIP 1 transaction fee discount. For more details, please refer to HERE
