According to the announcement on “Suspension of Digital assets/Cryptocurrencies Withdrawals” issued by the OKEx on October 16, withdrawals are unavailable on OKEx currently, and the resumption time is unknown, thus resulting in OKEx users’ assets circulation failure. Also, the particularity of this event may bring about risks to users’ assets on OKEx.
To improve a better circulation of OKEx users' assets, we launched a special asset named OKU on October 20. 1 OKU represents 1 USDT held on OKEx. OKU/USDT trading pair is available on our platform.
Through Inter-user Transfer on OKEx, you can transfer USDT to OKEx account designated by CoinEx, and OKU will be credited to your CoinEx account automatically at a 1:1 ratio. You can obtain your deposit details at OKU deposit page.
On CoinEx, you can also withdraw OKU to the designated OKEx account. We will transfer USDT to your specified account for withdrawal via Inter-user Transfer as soon as possible. There might be a delay in the arrival time due to manual withdrawal operation. If you do not withdraw OKU, when OKEx resumes withdrawal and we have successfully withdrawn all USDT, we will convert OKU into USDT at a 1:1 ratio.
Notes:
1. For deposit, you have to use an OKEx account that has bound the same email or mobile as the ones bound with your CoinEx account. If your OKEx account was registered with mobile number, you have to register on CoinEx via email first and bind the same mobile to ensure successful deposit.
2. For withdrawal, please provide us with the correct mobile or email bound to your OKEx account, otherwise, withdrawal may be failed.
